What do you like best about your involvement in education?

It must be hard having a loved one in the ICU, but luckily there are skilled nurses there. I love being able to asses patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. I can also administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.

Without initiative, leaders are simply workers in leadership positions. Bo Bennett
