What do you like best about your involvement in education?

I truly enjoy my career as a database administrator. If you are looking to get into the field, there are some downsides; be prepared for middle-of-the-night tech meltdowns to get your phone ringing. The technology also changes rapidly and DBAs typically need to master new programs every six to nine months.
